2. Who We Are

Mom Life Podcast is created and hosted by Sonia Flores, a teacher and mother whose mission is to bring honest, real conversations about motherhood to women who need to hear them. The show covers everything from pregnancy and postpartum recovery to marriage, mental health, parenting toddlers, grief, and the beautiful, exhausting, mundane middle of raising children.
This site exists to support that mission: to give mothers a place where they feel seen, supported, and less alone.
If you have questions about who we are or what we do, the About page is a good place to start, or you can reach out directly.
